Simon Peter Fuller surmises in his excellent book ‘Rising Out of Chaos’ that, although the largely Northern Hemispheric, male dominated and Patriarchal aspects of humankind’s governance systems on Earth may not be ‘stoppable’ as such, they are however at least ‘balance-able’.

This balancing could be achieved, he suggests, only by a conscious effort to work equally in the Southern Hemisphere with a concerted focus upon developing and understanding the more Feminine aspects of our systems and our Planet and that this, considering the lower population distribution and vast areas of ocean when compared with the Northern Hemisphere, was easily achievable.

This, he points out is also ‘why’ so many Celts have been ‘drawn’ to live and work in both Australia and the USA.

The Celts probably derive from the original dispersion of the ‘Twelve Tribes’ of Biblical reference, and innately know HOW to work with the Earth Energies. So also do the Indigenous Aboriginal Peoples of the World, Australia and the USA.

’Bopeechie’ is a natural ‘Dreamtime’ formation in the desert hills of South Australia, south of the great Lake Eyre Salt basin. This outline (see Pic) represents closely a reclining woman with a swollen pregnant belly.

The Arrabunna Aboriginal People tell that the ‘Old People’, meaning their ancestors, would always go to actually give birth there, because of the permanent supply of fresh running water arising naturally under pressure from the Great Central Artesian Basin.

This feature also happens to be only 8 miles and visible from ‘Mutonia’ Sculpture Park; a modern ‘Madder-than-Max’ series of large scale installations where artists have ceremoniously burned an enormous human figure at June Winter Solstice, in line with ancient Celtic Traditions and with the full support and presence of the local Arrabunna, on several occasions in the last decade.

This project is driven therefore, by the supra-conscious realization that by inviting the Spirit of ‘Bopeechie’, the Birthing Woman, from her ‘home’ in the Antipodean Southern Desert to ‘meet’ Burning Man in the deserts of North America, we thus assist in achieving a massive global balancing potential of the Inter-Hemispheric masculine and feminine energies.

By so doing We will greatly facilitate in bringing to a final and long overdue closure, the present ‘dominance’ of the now outmoded and irrelevant Patriarchal Methodologies on Earth.

Lastly, though it almost goes without saying that from ’small seeds mighty oaks do grow’, we believe that the ‘unseen’ beneficial effects of the consciousness ripple created by this project will rapidly amplify itself to a full tsunami, powering a balanced full consciousness for both Gaia and Ourselves. For only when the Hemispheres of Gaia are balanced can the Hemispheres of the Human mind also readily and easily become so.

This is one of our most immediate goals as a race preparing, as we are, for an unprecedented quantum leap in our own Universal evolutionary status!
